Initial Assessment (required prior to attending face to face PPS classes)

Your individual one-hour initial assessment is undertaken to further ensure that you:

understand the concepts of the program and are confident in a class environment
understand the anatomy and correct activation of the core musculature and other key muscle group
can identify your potential postural issues, strengths and weaknesses and any movement dysfunctions that need to be addressed
progress in achieving your identified program goals.

Cost $120 (Health fund claimable as an initial physiotherapy assessment - code 500)

Please let us know when you are available for your 60 minute initial physiotherapy assessment and we will email you back to sort an appointment time.

Initial Assessment (required prior to attending virtual / Zoom classes)

An individual one-hour face to face assessment is preferable prior to attending our Zoom classes for reasons stated above. However, if this is not possible you will be ask you to;

complete a screening form (we will email this to you once registration is received);
and undertake a 30-minute consultation via Zoom

This will ensure we address any issues the screening form raises, that you understand the core concepts of the programme – neutral spine, core activation and functional movement; and that we are aware of any modifications or progressions you require to reach your goals and keep the class as safe as possible for you.
